Women's Ministry
The theme for women's ministry is "Thirst Quenchers". As a busy woman in a busy
world, a Christian needs to be rooted in the Word and be prepared for opportunities
to be a witness for Jesus Christ.
Women are invited to grow in Christ by getting involved in these events:
Mentoring
This ministry encourages mature women in faith to come alongside other women to develop supportive, mutually-nurturing relationships. These relationships may include Bible study, discipleship, accountability, being prayer partners or any other activities friends enjoy doing together. Alma Harnish (caharnish@bresnan.net) is the team representative.
Bible Studies
Every Tuesday evening at 6:30 will be a women's Bible study at Cheyenne Alliance. Contact Beth Krysl for more information.
Tuesday Morning Ministries:
Hospitality
We are called to be hospitable and the 1st Tuesday of each month will focus on that area. We’ll share tips and ideas of how you can use hospitality as an outreach.
Spiritual Insights
This 2nd Tuesday of each month will feature a spiritual insight. Come enjoy a morning of diving into the scriptures and walking away with tools to live out a healthy walk with the Lord.
Skills
There are talented women both in our community and in our church. We will invite various women to share a skill they have mastered along with a spiritual truth they have learned. This will take place the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Missions
Missions is a part of who we are as a church. The 4th Tuesday will highlight countries where the Christian & Missionary Alliance serve. It is our desire to educate and communicate the importance of missions in our lives.
C&MA
"Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." Acts 2:46-47
